6 week Pranayama online course

in our 6 week Pranayama online course, you will learn traditional yogic breathing methods which will help in your Yoga practice. learn about Pranayama and its properties, various types of Pranayama practices, 7significance of nadi, ida and pingala. Also, you will be taught how to consolidate Pranayama into postures and into asana practice and in which ways breath work helps the body.

Ashta Siddhi Yoga brings you customary Indian Yoga lessons directly from Rishikesh into your living room. You will be taught live by our legitimate Indian educators. You can ask questions anytime during the course. We focus on the spiritual side of Yoga and aim for a holistic experience for developing the body and mind. 

By the end of the course, you will be rewarded with a Yoga Alliance CE certificate.

The duration of the course will be 6 weeks with 1 hour lessons from monday to friday 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. IST (Indian time zone). If in case you miss a class, recording will be shared with you and you will be able to clear your doubts in the next class.

Students who graduate before December 31st will be qualified to enroll with Yoga Alliance under their temporary provisions to allow the facilitation of training online.

About Our Teacher

yogi sidharth

Yogi Siddharth, was born and brought up in India in 1989. In 2008, he began practicing numerous varieties of Yoga, like Sivananda, Iyenger, and Ashtanga, Digesting and Assimilatory, the strengths and advantages of every. In 2010, Siddharth completed both 200 and 300-Hours Yoga Teacher Training courses, which turned him into a conventional Yoga educator. In 2012, he travelled south to Mysore, India, to become an authorized Ashtanga Yoga educator and within the same year, he began managing and teaching at Shiva Yoga Peeth, Rishikesh, India.

Our program is suitable both for beginners who want to learn about Yoga and for practicioners who aspire to become a Yoga teacher. There are no limitations dependent on age, training, religion, sexual orientation, nation or past experiences. You don’t need to be especially strong or flexible, this will come with practice.

For our online course, you need a PC or smartphone, a good internet connection and well functioning speakers or earphones to access our classes.  For the asana classes, you need a couple of comfortable clothes, a Yoga mat, 2 Yoga blocks, a Yoga belt, a bolster, a neti pot as well as a quiet place to practice. A note pad or papers to take your own notes is strongly suggested. Coursebooks will be sent to you as PDF before the beginning of the course.

Our courses will be held in english, It is fine if one is not much of an English speaker, our teachers will help them understand. Yoga connects through spirit and emotions and all exercises will be shown in a practical way.

We are offering batch A and B so you can choose the course that fits best to your own schedule and time zone. All times are given in IST 5:30+ (Indian time zone). The schedule is from monday – sunday.
